Mail.cx ("the Service") is operated by 四川浩尼电子商务有限公司 (Sichuan Haoni E-Commerce Co., Ltd.). All paid subscriptions are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans purchased through the Service.
14-Day Refund Period
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment date. No questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can use any of the following methods:
- Email us at service@mail.cx with your account email and reason for the refund
- Cancel your subscription through the Paddle customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email
After the Refund Period
After the 14-day refund period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
