Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Anonymous inboxes on our public domains need no account and cost nothing. The paid plan only adds longer retention, custom domains and API access.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the Paddle billing page linked in your dashboard. Cancelling schedules the end of your subscription for the end of the period you already paid for — you keep Pro until then.
What happens to my mail if I stop paying?
Your account drops back to the free plan and new mail is kept for one hour instead of 72. Mail already stored keeps the retention it was received with.
